Make your celebration of love, pop!
Ingredients (12 cake pops)
Half of a 9" x 13" Cake
1/3 cup frosting
Candy coating in various colors
Lollipop sticks
Optional:Canola oil, Sprinkles
1. Crumble cake into fine crumbs (you can use food processor too). Add in frosting and combine. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out cake balls and roll into a ball with your hands. Refrigerate the finished cake balls for 20 minutes.
2. Melt your candy coating in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds. Dip your lollipop stick into the coating, and insert into your cake ball.
3. Mix in 1 T canola oil to coating for thin and nice coating. Dip cake pops into coating.
4. Decorate with sprinkles or any lovely decoration! Happy valentine’s Day!
