Spicy Pork Rice Burger / 제육볶음 밥 버거

Ingredients
5 Perilla Leaves
5 Eggs, sunny side up
White Radish Kimchi
5 Lettuce
1 Red Onion, sliced

Spicy Pork
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
300 g Thinly Sliced Pork Belly
½ tbsp Brown Cane Sugar
2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Ginger, minced
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Corn Syrup

Rice Bun
½ tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Salted & Crushed Sesame Seeds
2½ Instant Rice
½ tbsp Brown Cane Sugar
0.15 oz Roasted Seaweed, crushed
