Ingredients(serving size: 4)
2 crabs
5-10 Asian styela clava (optional)
Crown daisy
Enoki mushrooms
1/2cup squash
Scallion
Soup ingredients : Kombu, dried anchovy, dried shrimp, 1/4cup Korean radish
Sauce ingredients : 2tbsp red pepper flakes, 3tbsp soybean paste, 2tbsp minced garlic, 1tsp minced ginger, 1tsp soy sauce, salt to taste
1. In a large pot, put soup ingredients. When the water is boiling, leave the ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes and take them out except for the radish.
2. While the soup is boiling, make the sauce paste using the sauce ingredients.
3. In the boiling soup, put the sauce paste and crabs. Put styela clavas as well. When the crabs turn to pinkish color, put vegetables such as squash, mushrooms, crown daisy, and scallion.
4. Boil until the crabs turn to complete red color. If you want it spicy, put red peppers or hot peppers to taste.
5. Serve immediately.
