Enjoy silky soft tofu with light and extra refreshing taste from seafood. One of the most famous stews in Korea, delicious and very comforting at the same time!
Ingredients(serving size: 3-4)
2 cups silken tofu
0.3lb ground pork
1/2 onion
1/4 scallion
2cups water
10 clams
1.5tbsp red pepper flakes
1.5tbsp minced garlic
2tbsp sesame oil
3tbsp soy sauce
1.5tsp salt
1.5tsp sugar
1 egg
Ground pepper
1. Put sesame oil, ground pork into a pot. When the meat is almost cooked, add chopped onion and chopped scallion.
2. When the oil is sizzling, put soy sauce and water. Add clam, salt, sugar, red pepper flakes when water is boiling.
3. Add minced garlic and silken tofu. Boil on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Boiling on high heat quickly in a pot will make soft and warm tofu stew.
4. Remove the pot from the heat. Crack an egg directly into the pot. Top up with minced scallion.
5. Serve hot.
