Ingredients(serving 4)
1lb Rice cake (flat)
5cups Beef bone broth (called Sagol)
1/2LB beef brisket
1 egg
Garnish: scallion, red pepper
1. Separate egg York and white, and stir well. Pan fry them over a low heat and cut into thin strips for garnish. Soak rice cakes in cold water. Set aside.
2. Bring 4cups water to boil and boil beef brisket until it’s cooked. Pull the meat into little pieces.
3. Bring bone broth to boil, when its boiling, turn the heat to medium and add rice cakes. Boil until rice cakes are soft or around 5minutes.
4. Garnish with scallion, egg and red pepper. Happy new year!
