Lovely Little Mother’s Day Poke Cake / 포케 케이크

¼ tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Kelp Water, soaked in water overnight
½ tsp Soy Sauce
¼ tbsp Vinegar
½ tbsp Honey

Sushi Rice
30 oz Cooked Rice
5 tbsp Sushi Vinegar

Crab Stick Salad
200 g Crab Sticks
3 tbsp Mayonnaise

Poke
0.8 lb Salmon, diced
0.5 lb Tuna, diced
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Yuzu Juice
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Wasabi
Dill, chopped
¼ oz Chives, chopped
¼ tsp Truffle Oil
