Lotus Stem Stir-Fry / 연근 튀김 볶음

320 g Lotus Stem, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Rice Flour
3 tbsp Corn Starch
¼ tsp Black Pepper
2 cups Vegetable Oil

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
23 g Jalapeno, chopped
100 g Red Bell Pepper, roughly chopped
100 g Green Bell Pepper, roughly chopped
100 g Onions, cubed
62 g Scallions, chopped

Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic, grated
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 1/3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp White Vinegar
Black Pepper Powder
Salt, to taste

Garnish
Scallions, chopped
