This egg bread is one of the famous street food in Korea. It's sweet and slightly salty, nutritious and even great looking. And of course super tasty!
Ingredients (12 ea)Batter : 2 cups pancake mix , 2 eggs, 1 cup milk
Topping : bacon, slide cheese, corn, 12 eggs, parsley flakes, salt
*Preheat the oven to 350°F.1. Place 2 cups of pancake mix in a mixing bowl. Add a cup of milk and 2 eggs, beat them until everything is completely combined.
2. Coat your muffin pan with oil spray or melted butter. Pour batter into the pan evenly. It should be ½ full. Break an egg on the top of each batter. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each cup.
3. Add chopped bacons, cheese, corn and parsley flakes on to each cup.
4. Bake the bread in preheated oven about 20 minutes, if you put a chopstick in and comes out clean, you are good to go! Let them sit in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
