Ingredients(12ea.)
4cups oats
2cups mixed nuts & dried fruits (any kind you like)
3tbsp honey
2tbsp condensed milk
butter to coat
*Preheat the oven to 340F/170C.1. Toast the oats in a large wok over low-medium heat until it’s slightly golden. Add your favorite mixed nuts and dried fruits.
2. Mix honey with condensed milk. If you want, add 1tsp cinnamon powder. Pour the sweet mixture into pan. Sprinkle a pinch of salt to taste. Keep them on the heat until it’s golden.
3. Butter your oven pan and place wax paper on it. Pour the oat mixture onto the paper, spread evenly when it’s still hot, and press them so they can attach well each other. Cover the oats with more wax paper and press down with your hands or flatten with a pan.
4. Bake them in the oven for 13-15minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into rectangles and decorate with wax paper and colorful ribbons to pretty it up! It’s very easy to make and keeps very long...unless you eat them all!
