Marshmallow Ingredients
3 ½ oz White Sugar
1 ¾ oz Corn Syrup
3 ½ tbsp Cold Water
1/3 cup Egg White
1 tbsp Raspberry Powder
Starch Powder, for coating
16 g Gelatin Leaves, soaked in cold water 10 minutes and melted in microwave
