Roe, roe, roe your rice bowl. Fish is easy to make, when you roe it.
Ingredients(1-2 serving)
3cups Cooked rice
4tbsp Cucumber, chopped
1tbsp Mayo
2tbsp Yellow pickled radish, chopped
1 Egg yolk
1tbsp Furikake
1tbsp each Salmon roe, uni, tobiko
1/4cup Seaweed paper, cut in thin strips
1/4cup spring mix
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
1. In a mixing bowl, mix cucumber, furikake and mayo.
2. Coat inside of Korean stone bowl with sesame oil. Place cooked rice.
3. Top with cucumber mixture, fish roes, pickled radish, spring mix and seaweed paper. You can vary toppings and amount as you want! Heat over medium heat.
4. Garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds. Mix up and enjoy!
