HTC_연어영양밥_900_01 Ingredients (serving 2-3) 1ea Salmon steak 2cups Sushi Rice 1 egg 2cups Water 2tbsp Scallion, chopped Sauce : 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp mirin, 1tsp wasabi HTC_연어영양밥_900_03 1. Soak rice in water for 30mins and drain. Season salmon with salt and pepper. HTC_연어영양밥_900_05 2. In a pot, put soaked rice and water, then bring it to boil over high heat. when it starts boiling, turn down to low and put salmon and egg. Cover with lid and cook for 10mins. HTC_연어영양밥_900_07 3. Turn off the heat and leave it for another 10 mins. Top with scallion. Serve immediately with sauce. Tell your dad to mix the sauce with rice and enjoy as much as he can!
