Ingredients (serving 2)
1ea avocado
2ea Pollock roe, skinless
2cups spring mix
3cups cooked rice
2tbsp Sesame oil
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Sesame seeds
Optional : Fried garlic chips (fry thinly sliced garlic in 320F oil)
1. Cut avocado in half and peel off the skin. Slice thinly.
2. Spread them to make a long line, then roll them in to make a flower shape.
3. Get a bowl of cooked rice. Put some green leaves of your choice, garlic chips, avocado, and a spoon of pollock roe on top. Drizzle sesame oil. Add pinch of black pepper and sesame seed. Mix them and enjoy!
