Appa’s Kimchi Slaw Lobster Roll / 김치 랍스터 롤

Ingredients
1 lbs Frozen Lobster Tails
1 cup Soju
1 cup Water
4 Brioche Hot Dog Buns
2 tbsp Butterm

Sesame Mayo
4 ⅜ oz Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted and ground
1 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Garnish
Dill, chopped
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted and ground
1 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Kimchi Slaw
⅓ Napa Cabbage, chopped
¼ cup Red Cabbage
4 Scallions
1 Red Bell Pepper
⅓ Carrots, shredded
½ Onions, thinly sliced
6 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
3 tbsp Gochujang
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
