Air-fried Tofu with Basil / 바질 두부 구이

One-pan air fryer meals are now a thing! Combine tofu, eggplant, mushrooms and peppers with basil leaves and Yondu, an all-purpose vegetable umami seasoning sauce, and you’ve got yourself a plant-based dish filled with delicious flavors.

Ingredients
1 pk Firm Tofu, moisture removed
4 tbsp Yondu
1 tbsp Dried Basil Flakes
60 g Eggplant, sliced 1-inch thick
70 g Baby King Oyster Mushroom
60 g Black Oyster Mushroom
50 g Baby Bella Mushroom, sliced in half
10 g Fresh Basil
2-3 Jamaican Peppers, optional
Black Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
